To confirm a booking, VanVino Ltd require a deposit of 50% of the total fee which is non-refundable.
The fee should be paid within 5 working days of making a booking.
If the number of guests changes, the client shall inform VanVino Ltd and confirm final numbers no later than 20 working days before the event. At this time the remaining non-refundable balance will be paid in full.
If the client cancels the tasting, the terms will apply:
Cancelled bookings more than 21 working days before the event date, VanVino will retain the fee, which may be used against future bookings if re-booked within 6 months.
Cancelled bookings less than 20 working days before the event date, VanVino will retain the fee, which may not be used against future bookings.
Please note anyone participating in a tasting must be over the age of 18 and may be required to provide identification.

The reason we need your data is to be able to administer your booking, and provide the services you are signing up to when you book our services. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is that we have a contractual obligation to you as a client to provide the services you are booking us for.
